Over 15,000 students visit the Park each year as part of their primary, secondary or teritary education programmes.

Learning material and content can be adapted to any requirements needed and is constantly evolving in a setting that can not only showcase the world’s main habitats but deliver practical, hands-on experiences.

Guided Tours

A ‘Behind the Scenes’ Guided Tour is just one of the options available to groups interested in learning about the Park in a less formal setting.

We can cater for school groups looking for a fun day out or a group of visitors arrived into the Cork area by bus, train or cruise ship.

Group Tours

Group Tours continue to grow in popularity at Fota. The Park offers discounts as well as tailor-made Guided Tour and Non-Guided Tour packages for any group with 20 or more visitors.

Behind the Scenes Tours

Take part in behind the scenes experience and let our wardens share their passion for animals with you.
